Natural stone varies in colour, grain, clouding and inclusions. Hand-dyed cord may also take colour unevenly. The piece you receive will follow the design shown, but it will not be an exact copy of the photographs.

Making and delivery
Every piece is made to order: strung and finished by hand in our independent studio, in the order they are placed. Your piece is dispatched within 1–2 business days, then posted with tracking.

United States — 6–9 business days after dispatch
Canada · United Kingdom — 6–9 business days after dispatch
Your checkout shows the expected delivery dates before you pay. Shipping is free on every order to the countries listed above.
For the United States, import duties are prepaid by us. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Returns
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. The piece must be unworn and returned with its packaging and reading card.
If you have changed your mind, we exchange the piece or issue a credit note for the same value. We do not refund a change of mind, and return postage is yours to pay. If a piece arrived faulty or incorrect, we cover return postage and you may choose a replacement or a full refund.
