Natural stone varies in colour, grain, clouding and inclusions. Hand-dyed cord may also take colour unevenly. The piece you receive will follow the design shown, but it will not be an exact copy of the photographs.
If you need a different length, add your measurement to the note box on your bag page, then check out as usual. You can also write to us and we will string it to your measurement.
Making and delivery
Each piece is strung and finished by hand in our independent studio. Your order is packed within 1–2 business days, then posted with tracking.

Returns
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. The piece must be unworn and returned with its packaging and reading card.
If you have changed your mind, we exchange the piece or issue a credit note for the same value. We do not refund a change of mind, and return postage is yours to pay. If a piece arrived faulty or incorrect, we cover return postage and you may choose a replacement or a full refund.
